Steps to Implement System
Phase I
- Define your Vision and Mission: What and Why of your business
- Identify your Core values
- Define the business model: how of your business
Phase II
- Create organization structure: role and responsibility of individual and team
- Define Scope of work and yearly goals
- Define processes: Focus on the core functions of business

Phase III
- Create position-wise SOP: easier method to handle complex things
- Add flow charts if many decisions are involved in the process or write simple steps to make work standard
- Write references and precautions also
- To create the culture and/or bring sustainability in business generate training need
- Define rules of the game (consider business is game): set of policies

Phase IV
After creating SOP always test it : Let performer and poor people try this SOP
Update SOP as when required
Create Training on SOP and core values
Approval of each SOP from your mentor or Coach.
